We have a 7-day Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange purpose.
To be eligible for product exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be asked to share photographs of the delivered product and If your return is accepted for exchange purpose, our customer representative will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return for exchange purpose will not be accepted.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product has been tampered.
Note: In the case of Exchange, customers will be charged delivery costs. Moreover, Exchange Policy is not applicable in case of Graphic T-shirts, Graphic Tank Tops.
